Plan Your 2026 4/20 Week: Festivals, Hotels, and Local Must-Dos

4-20 is coming up fast and its time, or past time you got your shit together and started booking your hotel and making plans my friends.

So this 4/20 weekend travel guide lines up the biggest events across the long 4/17 to 4/20/2026 weekend and turns them into simple, bookable plans. For every city, you’ll get a straight read on the vibe, where the stages and vendor rows set up, how the crowd usually flows, and the kind of food, art, and pop-ups you’ll actually find on the ground. Most importantly, we match each event with nearby places to stay that make sense for how cannabis laws really work in that location.

In green destinations like Denver, and in DC’s unique framework, we prioritize hotels listed on USAWeed first so you can support the scene and keep your trip compliant and convenient. In non-recreational states, we still call out good hotels close to the gates, but we’re clear they’re not smoking hotels, so you plan private and respectful.

You’ll also see quick, useful travel notes: typical rideshare time to the venue if you’re not right downtown, easy neighborhoods for quick turnarounds, and a few landmark or tour ideas to round out your days. Keep it smart: check current rules, bring valid ID, use smell-proof storage, and be the wise stoner who keeps the good vibes going for everybody. Scroll to your city, tap the event button, and get your weekend dialed in… then we’ll all meet under the lights.

*Note* events will be announced in the next few weeks, and we will get as many of them posted here with updates so come back and check.

This was a really good read. I liked how you explained high-potency THC oil in a simple way without overcomplicating things. A lot of people don’t realize how important quality and proper dosing are, especially with stronger products. Working with patients at My Florida Green, I see how helpful clear information like this can be. Thanks for sharing such a useful breakdown.
