Zeus Arc GT4 Review: A Premium Dual-Use Vaporizer That Shines With Concentrates

The Zeus Arc GT4 is a powerful dual-use vaporizer made for people who want strong performance, clean flavor, and a premium feel in a handheld unit. We were sent this unit for free, to do a review on it, by the company T-Vape. We tested it with both dry herb and concentrates, and one thing became obvious fast… this device is a concentrate beast. With the included concentrate pod, we loaded roughly half a gram of product and enjoyed a steady five to six minutes of heated runtime. That gives you more than enough time to take multiple solid draws or pass it around with friends during a laid-back session.

Quick Summary:

  • The Zeus Arc GT4 vaporizer is a premium dual-use device that performs best with concentrates.
  • Concentrate pods handle about a gram and stay hot for 2 to 3 minutes after the 6 minute heat cycle for a few more hits, making it great for sharing or longer sessions.
  • Six flower settings and three concentrate settings give you flexible control over flavor, clouds, and heat.
  • The optional IceBorn cooler works but feels bulky, so it is more of a bonus than a must-have.
  • Our rating is an 8.9 out of 10 for people who want a solid, long-running portable vape with excellent concentrate flavor.

First Impressions and Build Quality

The Zeus Arc GT4 looks and feels like a premium device the moment you pick it up. The metal body feels solid in the hand, the finish looks clean and modern, and the mouthpiece hits comfortably. The LEDs are bright and easy to read once you understand the color system, and the unit has a nice weight to it without feeling too heavy. Overall, it feels like a well-built tool instead of a cheap gadget, which lines up with the higher price tag.

Temperature Control For Flower And Concentrates

Flower Mode: Six Easy Heat Settings

For dry herb, the Zeus Arc GT4 works like most modern flower vapes, but with a bit more range. The unit offers six different flower settings. The button is your main control. When you turn the device on, it starts at the highest flower setting by default. From there, you tap the button to cycle through:

  • Level 1: 195°C / 383°F
  • Level 2: 201°C / 393.8°F
  • Level 3: 207°C / 404.6°F
  • Level 4: 213°C / 415.4°F
  • Level 5: 219°C / 426.2°F
  • Level 6: 225°C / 437°F

In use, the GT4 heats flower evenly, produces smooth vapor, and keeps flavor consistent across all levels. Whether you prefer low-temp flavor sipping or higher temp cloud sessions, the six-step range gives you plenty of flexibility. Zeus Arc GT4 cooldown LED sequence

All the flower settings use blue and green LEDs, and once you learn the pattern it’s easy to check your heat level at a glance. In real use, the GT4 heats flower evenly and reliably, with solid flavor across all six levels. I personally preferred Setting 3, which offered a warm, balanced hit without being harsh or overcooked.

None of the settings feel underpowered, so you can adjust based on flavor or cloud preference. Level 6 will start to burn dryer herbs, so beware. Zeus Arc GT4 chamber and pods

Concentrate Mode: Three Levels Of Heat And Big Flavor

Switching into concentrate mode is easy. You tap the button three times and the lights shift to yellow. That tells you the GT4 is now set up for concentrates. There are three heat levels. The highest setting is the default, and tapping the button cycles you down to two and then one. All three levels work, but this is where your preferences matter.

On levels one and two, the flavor is excellent. You get a full, clear taste from your concentrates without harshness. Level three still hits well, but it leans more toward big clouds and a little less flavor. If you are a cloud chaser, level three will be fun. If you are a flavor chaser, we highly recommend sticking to levels one and two for most of your sessions. Loaded Zeus Arc GT4 concentrate pod

Pod System And Loading Experience

The pod system on the GT4 is simple and clean. We used a normal grinder and our fingertips to fill the flower pods, and that worked just fine. The concentrate pod uses a stainless mesh or steel wool style insert that holds the concentrate. We dropped in about half a gram, let it soak in, and the pod handled it without any leaking or strange behavior.

One important warning though… these pods get hot. Especially the concentrate pod. When you finish a session, do not try to pull a pod out with your fingers. Always use the included tool to remove hot pods. If you treat it like a normal dab surface and respect the heat, you will be fine.

Concentrate Performance… The Star Of The Show

Concentrates are where the Zeus Arc GT4 really flexes. With about half a gram loaded into the concentrate pod, the unit stayed hot and usable for around five to six minutes. That gives you a long, satisfying session from a single load. It is perfect if you like to take your time or want to pass the vape around a small circle of friends.

The flavor during these concentrate sessions was excellent. On levels one and two, you get a strong, full taste that lets the quality of your concentrate really shine through. Nothing felt burnt or thin. Everything melted evenly into the mesh, and the vapor stayed consistent from the first pull to the last. In terms of handheld concentrate vapes, this performance is easily near the top of what we have tried.

Cooldown Session And Heat Management

The GT4 also has a built-in cooldown session for safety and comfort.

If the unit starts to get too warm, the lights turn a cool light blue and you will see the lights countdown from three lights down to one. Once the countdown finishes, the device is ready to go again. This feature helps protect the internals, your pods, and your fingers. It is a nice extra for people who take longer sessions or run higher heat.

We did hit the cool-down session a few times. After two full six-minute runs back-to-back, the GT4 kicked itself into cool-down mode, which seems to be its way of keeping everything safe and consistent. Zeus Arc GT4 flower heat setting LEDs

Flower Performance

Even though we are not heavy flower vape users, the Zeus Arc GT4 still impressed us on the dry herb side. It heats up quickly, the six settings give you everything from smooth, terp-heavy flavor on the lower levels to bigger, warmer clouds on the higher ones, and the vapor stays consistent throughout the session.

The flavor on flower was actually better than we expected… clean, tasty, and surprisingly full for a conduction vape.

The mouthpiece feels good in use and the airflow is balanced, not too tight and not too open, which makes it easy to settle into a comfortable draw. Everything about the flower performance felt dialed in and reliable.

IceBorn Cooling Attachment… Nice Bonus, A Bit Bulky

Right now, the Zeus Arc GT4 is running at around $380 or so and includes the IceBorn cooling unit at no extra cost. The IceBorn definitely works. You can fill it with water and ice, freeze it, and then attach it so your vapor passes through the chilled section. The result is noticeably cooler, smoother vapor. ice born unit attachment

That said, the IceBorn is bulky. If it was a separate purchase, I personally would not buy it, mostly because I am not “ice vape” person. But it works no doubt. Ice cold…. seriously.

So, if that’s your thing then score for you!! The products manual show you can attach your vaporizer or pen to the IceBorne and hit through it, and yes, it can be done. We tried it with a pen vape and it worked, but it felt awkward, especially holding the vape upside down. For most people, it will be a fun extra, not an everyday attachment. As a free add-on though, it is a nice bonus for anyone who loves extra-cold vapor. Zeus Arc GT4 accessory kit and pods

Battery Life, Charging, And Everyday Use

In day-to-day use, the Zeus Arc GT4 feels reliable and simple to live with. It charges quickly over USB-C, the LEDs and haptic feedback make it easy to know when it is ready, and all the buttons and parts feel solid.

The haptic feedback on this unit is amazingly good. Seriously… I love it. It lets you know exactly what the GT4 is doing without needing to stare at the lights. Once you hold the device and feel it vibrate during different actions, you’ll get it. The GT4 uses haptics for several settings, and it really helps you stay in sync with the device. The device never glitched or misbehaved during testing.

The only small drawback is concentrate loading. You will want a good dab tool and it is easiest to load your pod before you drop it into the chamber. That is normal for pod systems and not really a deal-breaker. Zeus Arc GT4 b-roll beauty shot

Price, Value, And Final Rating

At the time of this review, the Zeus Arc GT4 is priced around $380 with the IceBorn included for free, and you can also grab Zeus pods at about 40% off. That makes this a serious premium option that still offers strong value if you care about performance and build quality. It is not a budget vape. It is for people who want something that feels high-end and hits like it.

Our favorite part of the unit is the concentrate performance. It loads easily, runs long sessions, and delivers excellent flavor. Flower works very well too, with flexible temperature options and good taste. The IceBorn works but is bulky, and feels more like an extra than an essential part of the kit.

Final Score: 8.9 out of 10… a very nice handheld unit, especially for concentrate lovers.
